Metallurgical Superintendent

This role will be responsible to provide metallurgical services, materials testing and quality control for effective gold recovery, as well as to manage the accounting features of the gold processing plant, ensure industry compliance and raw materials for processing are accurate for safe sustainable operations at a minimum cost
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Manage production and ensure that daily and weekly KPI targets are met.
- Develop, maintain and manage metallurgical accounting systems, reconciliation procedures and coordinate gold room activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Minimize consumption and unit costs of reagents by understanding the cost/performance relationships of these consumables and setting operating parameters that maximize efficiency.
Senior Systems Adminstrator

The role will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all computer systems, networks, and radio communication systems on the mine for improved performance and efficiency.
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain records.

HME Maintenance Superintendent

Responsible for the maintenance of all mining fleets, including earthmoving equipment, ancillary equipment and light vehicles and ensuring that the equipment are maintained in a safe, good condition and cost-effective manner.
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules in order to achieve operational objectives, particularly maintaining high equipment availability and reliability.
- Provide expert technical guidance to the maintenance teams, leading troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Ensure continuous improvement using condition monitoring techniques and defect elimination.
TSF Engineer

Incumbent will work closely with the Tailings Facility design consultants and construction team to ensure that the ongoing stage 8 lift construction as well future construction of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) at Adamus meet world class quality standards. He/she will also work closely with TSF management team and other key stakeholders to develop the Life of Mine tailings strategy and plan, as well as maintaining best practice for daily tailings deposition and management systems.
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Maintenance of Tailings Management Dashboard for Africa Operations.

Senior Mine Planning Engineer

As a Senior Mine Planning Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the efficient operation of mining activities, focusing on developing mine plans within a 0-month to 3-year timeframe. This role is responsible for translating the Long Term Plan (LTP) into a practical, executable strategy for monthly and annual operations, ensuring alignment with ore and waste mining objectives, mentoring staff and implementing corporate guidance.

Security Lead

As a key member of the management team at Tabakoto site in Mali, the Security Lead (SL) will oversee the prevention of loss to the company’s assets. The SL leads and manages all security related activities enabling the site to achieve operational goals and targets. Reporting to the site SHSESG Manager, the SL develops and maintains the appropriate tactics, techniques and procedures mitigating risk to site personnel, assets and operations. This position is the site subject matter expert on the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPs /VPSHR) and the security aspects of the Responsible Gold Mining Principles (RGMP).
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Daily control and coordination of site physical and procedural security operations and infrastructure in support of operations, within the designated area of responsibility.
- Development of detailed on-the-ground security procedures with emphasis on the Process Plant and Gold Room, and any associated processes involving Gold Bearing Material (GBM).
- Liaise with management and contractors to identify security requirements for existing and future activities and ensure sufficient measures are prepared and implemented.
