Nguvu mining drives gender inclusivity

Nguvu Drives Gender Inclusivity

Nguvu Mining Limited is proud to champion gender diversity within its workforce. Through our Adamus operation in Ghana, we have successfully trained eleven women from local communities to become professional operators of advanced mining machinery. This initiative demonstrates our dedication to breaking down gender barriers in the mining sector, while ensuring our operations bring tangible benefits to the surrounding communities.

Their journeys are a testament to the power of opportunity and determination. From transitioning from everyday roles to handling massive dump trucks such as the recently commissioned Liebherr T236, these women are shattering stereotypes and inspiring change.
