Geotech Engineer

    Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in open-pit mining to ensure the stability, safety, and efficiency of our mining operations. The role involves analyzing ground conditions, implementing slope monitoring systems, and applying geotechnical expertise to support mining activities.

    • Conduct geotechnical assessments and slope stability analysis for open-pit mining operations.
    • Monitor and evaluate ground conditions using SSR-FX slope monitoring systems and geotechnical instrumentation.
    • Perform geotechnical analysis using Rocscience tools (Dips, Swedge, Slide, Slide 3D).

    Mine Geologist

      The Mine Geologist is responsible for overseeing in-pit grade control, selective mining practices, RC logging and sampling to ensure optimal extraction of ore.

      • Optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution through active dig face monitoring, real-time adjustment of ore/waste boundaries, and close collaboration with mine operations to ensure adherence to selective mining practices.
      • Lead grade control drilling and sampling programs, ensuring sample integrity, accurate RC sample logging, and compliance with quality standards.
      • Supervise and coordinate geological technicians and drill operators to achieve production targets while maintaining high operational and safety standards.

      Health, Safety, and Environment Superintendent

        Drill and Blast Engineer

          The Drill and Blast Engineer is responsible for drill and blast design, planning, execution, and optimization of drilling and blasting operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective ARL mining operations

          • Design drill patterns and blast plans based on geological and geotechnical data.

          Mining Supervisor

            Senior Mine Planning Engineer

              The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects with our mining team. As a Senior Mine Planning Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the efficient operation of mining activities, focusing on developing mine plans within a 0-month to 3-year timeframe. This role is responsible for translating the Long Term Plan (LTP) into a practical, executable strategy for monthly and annual operations, ensuring alignment with ore and waste mining objectives, mentoring staff and implementing corporate guidance.

              Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

              • Review engineering designs and planning to ensure that all necessary safety requirements are met and that mining operations are sustainable.
              • Develop, deliver and manage the execution of rolling monthly and weekly mine plans which are all validated as capable of execution.
              • Preparation of short, medium and long-term plans and schedules for the mining operation.

              Senior Mining Engineer - Planning

              • Location: Nzema Site (Ghana)

                Responsible for realistic mine design, mine plan and schedule, cost estimation and mining methods improvement with a focus from short term to long term future needs of Adamus Resources Limited

                Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

                • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, occupational health and safety and risk management standards and best practices.
                • Preparation and issue of mine designs, mine plans (short to medium term) and schedules relating to the production and construction supporting projects.
                • Maintain and monitor all mine planning including ore reserve model, survey data, pit design, productivity trends and process recoveries

                Senior HSE Supervisor

                  Coordinate and implement environmental quality monitoring programs (air, water, soil and weather), ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and management of environmental data to support regulatory compliance, organizational sustainability goals, and environmental performance improvements.

                  Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

                  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HSE regulatory requirements in accordance with Ghanaian mining legislation, including LI 2182, LI 2180, LI 2177, LI 1652, and LI 1692.
                  • Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards, addressing non-compliance issues proactively.
                  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to HSE teams, ensuring cohesive and effective execution of HSE initiatives.

                  Mining Manager

                  • Location: Tabakoto Site (Mali)

                    Under the supervision of the GM, the Underground Mine Manager is responsible for managing all mining operations, and lead the mine operations team responsible for safe production, development and infrastructure construction in a manner that fosters individual accountability within clearly established parameters to ensure maximum productivity while adhering to Malian, international safety, environmental legislation and regulations.

                    Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

                    • Identify and interpret safety risks and resolve emerging issues; and ensuring that appropriate focus and resources are available to achieve safety objectives.
                    • Lead the successful delivery of the Mining Operation department’s business plans and actively drive performance, inclusive of targets and operations, to guarantee medium and long-term success.
                    • Knowledge of key production and development processes in large scale mechanised underground mining and open pit environments.

                    Security Lead

                    • Location: Tabakoto Site (Mali)

                    • Closing Date: 11/02/2025

                      As a key member of the management team at Tabakoto site in Mali, the Security Lead (SL) will oversee the prevention of loss to the company’s assets. The SL leads and manages all security related activities enabling the site to achieve operational goals and targets. Reporting to the site SHSESG Manager, the SL develops and maintains the appropriate tactics, techniques and procedures mitigating risk to site personnel, assets and operations. This position is the site subject matter expert on the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPs /VPSHR) and the security aspects of the Responsible Gold Mining Principles (RGMP).

                      Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

                      • Daily control and coordination of site physical and procedural security operations and infrastructure in support of operations, within the designated area of responsibility.
                      • Development of detailed on-the-ground security procedures with emphasis on the Process Plant and Gold Room, and any associated processes involving Gold Bearing Material (GBM).
                      • Liaise with management and contractors to identify security requirements for existing and future activities and ensure sufficient measures are prepared and implemented.

                      HSE Superintendent

                        The role is to ensure that management systems, processes, policies and resources are in place and aligned in area of responsibility to support the short, medium and long term demands of skills and competencies required by the operation, taking full cognisance of applicable legislation and best practice principles with the ultimate goal and aim to manage the activities in a responsible manner so as to be competitive, nationally and internationally.

                        Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

                        • Ensure that Health & Safety contributes to the operation’s long-term strategy by adding real business value, contributing strategic information, providing report-back, acknowledgements, assessments, ratings and information from the operations.
                        • Provide highly recognized Health & Safety expertise to decision-makers in the form of reports, analyses, recommendations, presentations in support of the long-term strategic direction and positioning of the function.
                        • Structure the Health & Safety business stream to provide the capacity and capability to achieve the strategic requirements by ensuring that the structure is effective, efficient and competent, no wastage of resources, influential individuals and synergies and that those expectations are delivered on time.
